Investing in massage is an investment in your health.

With more than 20 years of experience, I have never believed in cookie-cutter massages. Manava's customized therapeutic massages are designed to help you break away from your busy life for a while...to relieve your aches while restoring your energy. Your customized therapeutic massage may include a variety of modalities which, depending on your needs, may consist of trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, energy work, reflexology, Swedish massage, aromatherapy, and more. 

Not every massage will include all of those modalities...your body will tell me what it specifically needs. Because of that, no massage is ever the same...not even for the same person. 

By allowing you to choose the length of your massage in 30 minute blocks, you can choose how much work your body needs:

• 30 minutes -- for when you just need a couple of areas of focus, like your neck and shoulders
• 60 minutes -- a full body massage without any areas of concentration
• 90 minutes -- a full body massage with some specific areas that need special attention
• 120 minutes -- allows me to use different modalities and tools like sound therapy or gua sha

My hope is that when you leave Manava, you leave with a sense of peace...a sense of wellness...a sense of happiness.
