Manava's customized therapeutic massages are designed to help you break away from your busy life for a while...to relieve your aches while restoring your energy. Your customized therapeutic massage may include a variety of modalities which, depending on your needs, may consist of trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, energy work, reflexology, Swedish massage, aromatherapy, hot towel treatments, and more. 

Not every massage will include all of those modalities...your body will tell me what it specifically needs. Because of that, no massage is ever the same...not even for the same person.
